Lakewood Is Hiring Nurses

Lakewood is hiring and nurses are in high demand as a result of the ongoing pandemic. Registered nurses, certified nursing assistants and licensed practical nurses should submit applications to

The Lakewood management team is offering sign-on bonuses for these positions:

  • $6,000 sign-on/retention bonus for nurses: $2,500 payable at 30 days, $2,500 at 90 days and $1,000 at one year.
  • $1,000 sign-on/retention bonus for CNAs : $250 payable at 90 days and $750 at 180 days.
  • $1,000 referral bonus for all employees who refer a full-time employee. Payable at 90 days ($250.00) and 180 days ($750.00).

Additionally, during this time of uncertainty, Lakewood is giving employees who test positive for COVID-19 additional paid sick leave to be used for the self-quarantine period. Full-time team members diagnosed with a confirmed case will be granted an additional 10 days or 80 hours of paid sick leave. Part-time team members diagnosed with a confirmed case will receive their average time worked a week for a two-week period. For example, a team member that averages three shifts a week will be provided 48 hours of paid sick leave.
