Waitlist Information Sessions
This is an exciting time for Lakewood as we prepare to expand our footprint.
Due to the popularity of our Hybrid Homes, we are adding more of these unique residences to the community. We are developing a master landscaping plan aimed at enhancing and preserving existing wooded areas. Additional walking trails will be included in this plan. As a valued member of our Waitlist, we want to offer you an exclusive opportunity to be among the first to learn about a special, limited-time offering. In May, we will host a series of informational meetings both in person and via Zoom or Teams to update the entire Waitlist about this exciting opportunity. Information Sessions will be:

After these group meetings, we will schedule individual appointments where you will get the opportunity to reserve an expansion Hybrid Home residence. Waitlist members will be called in the order in which you joined the Waitlist. Many of you have expressed interest in the Hybrid Home expansion and you no longer have to wait! After Waitlist appointments, this offer will be available to our entire lead base before being opened to the general public.
