All our private senior retirement apartments are thoughtfully designed for comfortable living with bright, open floor plans and all the amenities you’d expect. Each spacious one-bedroom apartment comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a self-cleaning oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each one also has a washer and dryer.

2 Bedroom Apartment

All our private senior retirement apartments are thoughtfully designed for comfortable living with bright, open floor plans and all the amenities you’d expect. Each two-bedroom apartment comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a self-cleaning oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each one also has a washer and dryer.

Monthly Fee: Starting at $5,306

Villa Apartment

Villas provide all the privacy you need in a friendly, sociable neighborhood. Open floor plans and bright spaces stand out in both our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom and 2-bedroom and den villas. Each features 9-foot ceilings, well-equipped kitchen with self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer. Each also has a first-floor parking garage with additional storage.

Cottages

Cottage living provides all the comfort, space and privacy of a two-bedroom house without any of the burdens of home maintenance.

On-site Health Services at Lakewood are included in fees. The fees shown remain the same when short- or long-term care is received in Assisted Living or Health Care. The only added charges are for two additional meals per day and ancillary charges in accordance with the Residence and Services Agreement. Lakewood complies with all minimum Insurance Requirements as set by State Law. Health services are provided in Assisted Living and Health Care (Nursing) in accordance with the Residence and Services Agreement.
