Henrico County Planning Department, Lakewood to Host Public Meeting

As part of Lakewood’s master plan, an additional parking lot, a second entrance and a cottage expansion are in the works at the community. The Henrico County Planning Department will hold a virtual, public meeting on February 22, at 6:30 p.m., to allow community members to hear more about the construction projects.

LifeSpire of Virginia’s Corporate Director of Construction Derek Meyer will be joined by representatives from Timmons Engineering Group, SFCS Architects and Matthews Development. Meyer will present project plans, results of the flood plain study, cottage plans, along with updates on the ongoing master plan and a project timeline. Participants will be given the opportunity to ask questions.

Due to the pandemic, the meeting will be held via WebEx—a videoconferencing application. Interested participants must register online.
